Shipping and Return

If you order your product before 2 p.m., we'll ship it on the same day! The sender times of our partners DHL, DPD and Deutsche Post are between 1 and 3 days. As a rule, your product should arrive the next day. Thanks to our automated systems, our partners will inform you of the exact arrival time, if possible.

Do you need your product faster then usual? For a premium we can guarante a delivery within 24 hours, with our partner UPS.

If your package should arrive damaged, deny the receiving and inform us about it. We will take care of the rest!
